This was the era before they started adding dampers and inserts all along the back. Very clean design. My understanding is that there were available new from 1999-2000.

The stlye is clean and these club age pretty well. No rust or flaking to complain about.

These used to be in my bag and I really enjoyed them. They might not be the most exciting clubs on the planet, but they sure get the job done.

Titleist usually come out with great irons - I can not think of a bad Titleist set...
