MacGregor - Iron Master

This is a fun putter. It doesn't show up in the 1956 pro-line catalog. There is one similar with a bronze face. Because it has the "A" on the top line it must be post 1955. Because it has the verticle hosel crimps it must be pre-1957.

This flanged putter design dates back to the 1930s
Out of all the blade putters this one is my favorite to look at and hit. In 1951 Acushnet Golf purchased the rights to manufacture this putter.
The feed back this gives is harsh and jerky IF you mis-hit it. When you find that clean strike, this putter sings
